constant noise difficult temperature
The breakfast buffet was excellent with various options. The rooftop pool is amazing too. It provided a relaxing experience after a tiring day.
The constant noise from the site was disruptive. I also found the room's temperature difficult to regulate. I could not set the air conditioning above 23°C, made the room chilly at night.

cute atmosphere clean premises excellent breakfast
Each staff member created a cute atmosphere. I felt more like a regular, not just a guest. The hotel was super clean. The breakfast service was excellent. The food tasted fresh and flavorful.
The rooms facing the highway could use better soundproofing. I did notice some noise from the passing traffic.

The rooftop pool has clear views.. The gym operates 24 hours a day and includes cardio equipment. Guests can access free parking. There is a complimentary shuttle to major malls and beaches.

My studio included a king-size bed and a fully equipped kitchenette. A washing machine allowed me to do laundry easily in the room. The room also included a well sized bathroom with complementary toiletries.

The front desk staff always had a smile. They promptly handled any requests for extra towels. They offered assistance with shopping bags. The staff seemed genuinely committed to guest satisfaction.

The Palma Restaurant offered a diverse breakfast buffet daily. There was a wide selection of healthy options. The breakfast area was kept clean and orderly. The omelet station served fresh, custom-made omelets.
